Ingredients

2 orange roughy fillets, 4 oz. each (thawed)
2 tsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sour cream
4 tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. dill weed, dried
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Makes 2 servings.
1. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese, dill, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.
2. Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Set oven to 375.
4. Place orange roughy fillets on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt.
5. Divide the cheese mixture and spread half onto each fillet with a spoon, using the back of the spoon to distribute evenly over fish.
6. Bake 10 minutes.
7. Set oven to Broil.
8. Place cookie sheet into oven about 6" below the broiler.
9. Broil 3-4 minutes, until the cheese browns.
10. Turn broiler off and leave fish in oven 5 minutes.
11. Remove from oven and serve.
