    1 can black beans
    1 can shoepeg corn
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    2 med tomatoes, cubed
    3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 hoss avacado chopped
    juice of 1 lime


mix well and serve on top of your favorite lettuce salad, tacos, fajitas, or whole wheat chips. Enjoy.
