Ingredients
-
5 - 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese (I prefer whipped)
1 1/2 cups Sugar
8 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 tbl Flour
1/2 Pt (8 oz) Heavy Cream
1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 cup Butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 500
Mix Graham Crackers and Butter. Press into bottom of a greased 9" springform pan. Set aside.
Mix all the rest of the ingredients and blend.
Pour into pan and place on cookie sheet in oven. (In case it bubbles over or a little squeeks out the bottom.)
Cook for 15-20 minutes at 500. Lower temp to 250 for 40 minutes. Turn off oven. DO NOT OPEN DOOR! If you do the cake will crack and look bad. Leave to cool slowly in oven overnight if possible. If you can't, leave at least 1 hour or as long as possible.

If this is "not-diet" cheesecake, then why is it on this website? At least you were nice enough to point out that it is unhealthy. - 10/18/11

This is a cheesecake I make for special celebrations. There is nothing on this website stating that ONLY DIET recipies are allowed since spark isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change and we're allowed to treat ourselves. I also hadn't "shared" my recipe so I don't know how you even saw it. Sorry!
