Ingredients

    • 1 (8-ounce) rib-eye steak
    • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil, divided
    • 1 cup (1-inch) sliced green onions
    • 2 cups packaged cabbage-and-carrot coleslaw
    • 2 (2.8-ounce) packages beef-flavored ramen noodle soup
    • 1 1/2 cup water
    • 1 tablespoon low-salt soy sauce

Directions

1. Trim fat from steak; cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
2. Heat ½ teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and green onions; stir-fry 1 minute. Remove steak mixture from skillet; keep warm.
3. Heat remaining ½ teaspoon oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add slaw; stir-fry 30 seconds. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
4. Remove noodles from packages; reserve 1 season packet for another use. Add water and remaining seasoning packet to skillet; bring to a boil.
5. Break noodles in half; add noodles to water mixture. Cook noodles 2 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Stir in steak mixture, slaw, and soy sauce; cook until thoroughly heated.

I think it would be about 1 1/2 cups to 2 cups per serving. The amount of 1 pack of Ramen noodles and then some.

    Incredible!
    I have been using this recipe for years out of the Two's Company Weight Watchers Recipe Magazine and that book says that per serving is 489 calories which never made any sense to me. I think these nutritional stats are more accurate. - 1/24/14
