Ingredients

    2 T. Olive Oil
    1 C. Onions, raw
    2 t. Garlic
    16 oz. 94% fat free ground turkey
    2 T. Chili powder
    1 T. Pepper
    2 T. Salt
    2 Cans Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup
    2 Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans
    2 Cans Black Beans
    2 Cans Cannellini Beans
    16 fl. oz. Water
    1 T. Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

Heat the olive oil and saute onions and garlic until softened. Add turkey and brown. Add Chili powder, pepper, and salt. Add soup, beans, water, and vinegar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 15-1 cup servings.
