Introduction
Not what I know as traditional poppy seed chicken. A cross between poppy seed and chicken & broccoli. Was maybe better the next day as leftovers!!! Recipe says 4-6 servings. Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in small cubes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 c Parmesan Cheese
2 tbs canola oil
1 lb bag frozen broccoli
3/4 c mayonnaise
1/8 c heavy cream
1 packet Splenda
1 tsp poppy seeds
S&P
8 oz. shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
Directions
Preheat Oven 350
Dredge Chicken in garlic and parmesan and stir-fry with oil in frying pan until cooked through.
While that's happening, place frozen broccoli in a 2 quart casserole with lid and microwave on high for 7 minutes. Drain any excess liquid. While the chicken & broccoli are cooking, mix the mayo, heavy cream, Splenda, and poppy seeds in a small bowl using a wire whisk. Layer ingredients: Broccoli on bottom, cooked chicken, sauce. Salt and Pepper each layer to taste. Top with shredded cheese & cover casserole. Bake for 30 min.
