3/4 tsp salt
3/8 c dried fruit, cut up
(or raisins)
Directions
Dextrinize millet in dry skillet until toasted
Add water, salt, cover and bring to gentle boil.
Cook 35-40 minutes until all water is absorbed.
Do not stir while cooking.
Add dried fruit
