Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1/2 package (20 oz)
Frozen Strawberries - unsweetened, 1 cup
Banana, frozen, 1 cup, sliced
"Hodgson Mill" Milled Flaxseed, 2 tbsp
8th Continent Original Vanilla Light Soymilk, 16 oz
Directions
**I slice ripened banana into chunks and freeze - always ready for smoothies!!**
Combine all ingredients into smoothie maker or blender and blend to your favorite consistency. No ice needed for this recipe ~ it's pure, heavenly health!!!! You'll need a spoon! =o)
This makes 5+ one-cup servings and is just as great later or the next day. These are thick enough to just store in the fridge!
