1T Rosemary
1T minced Garlic
1T garlic salt
1T chopped shallots
Directions
- Chop all ingredients, separately
- Add oil to saute pan, add garlic rosemary and shallots. sweat until they are translucent.
- Add potatoes.
- Check frequently, til the potatoes are a golden brown.
