Ingredients

    1 - 250gram block of light cream cheese
    1/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
    1 can Flaked Chicken - Maple Leaf
    1 Tbsp ranch dressing - Fat Free
    shredded cheese to top (I put approx. 120 grams of shredded)

Directions

Cream together cream cheese and layer it in a pie plate. Mix hot sauce and flakes of chicken together. Put that mixture ontop of creamed cheese. lightly spread a very thin layer of ranch dressing over the chicken mixture. Top with finely shredded cheese. Put in oven when ready to eat at 350 until cheese is melted. Use with hard crackers or tostitos scoops
