Ingredients

800 gms round beef cut into strips, fat removed
1 cup chopped carrots
1cup broccoli flowerettes
1 stalk celery sliced
1 cup diced capsicum (mixed colors)
1 cup (2 plants) baby bok choy shredded roughly
2 shallots chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 oyster sauce
1 tsp chilli powder (or fresh chilli)
packet Egg noodles
Directions
Cook noodles according to directions, drain and set aside.
Heat wok and add a teaspoon of oil, cook steak in small batches with a little more oil added each time until only just browned, set aside. Add a little more oil and stir fry carrot, celery and broccoli for 2 or 3 minutes add the capsicum and shallots and stir fry for another 2 minutes then add the bok choy stir fry for another minute then add the sauces and chilli powder. Return the meat and it's juices and mix.
Add in the noodles and toss through. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 large servings or 5 smaller ones
