Introduction

I wasn't able to find Greek seasoning at the grocery store bu here is a recipe for it. Take 1 tsp. thyme, 1 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1/2 tsp. marjoram, 1/2 tsp. basil, 1 tsp. mint, 1/2 tsp. dried minced onion and 1/4 tsp. dried minced garlic. Mix together in a bowl and store. Ingredients

    1.5 lbs. Tilapia fillets
    1/4 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 Tbs. Worcestershire
    3 Tbs. Greek seasoning

Directions

Combine all ingredients; marinate for 1-2 hours. Place in shallow baking dish and bake covered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until flaky.
