Ingredients

    6 Medium Yellow Potatos, peeled and chopped
    1/2 pound ground beef, browned

Directions

Boil potatos until soft, about 45 min (easier to mash)

Mash potatos, you can add milk or butter if you like, I do not, I use some of the starchy water if needed.

In a 9 inch circular pie plate layer the bottom with the browned ground beef. Flaten. Cover ground beef with the mash potatos.

At this point you can freeze it for a later date or bake it at 350 F for 30 min.
