Ingredients

2 lbs of lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 cup of chopped green pepper
1 8 oz. can of Tomato sauce
40 saltine crackers, crushed
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 large egg
2 large egg whites
4 tablespoons A1 steak sauce
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients except the A1 sauce. Put in a 8 X 10 cake pan. Spread the A1 steak sauce over the top and bake at 350 for about 45---50minutes or until done. Makes about 15 servings depending how you cut it.
