    4 bunches broccoli crowns (10 cups florets)
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 T lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced


Cut broccoli crowns into florets. Put broccoli florets into a roasting pan. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Pour over broccoli. Roast at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 6-1 cup servings

    I made this without the lemon juice... and served with roasted asparagus, Pam-sauted onions and mushrooms... The broccoli reminds me of another favorite (roasted brussels sprouts) without the strong smell that my hubby hates... We all enjoyed this! - 6/26/08

    Great! I added salt and pepper. It was a bit dry, so I might add a bit of extra oil olive or I may have had a bit more broccoli than needed as I didn't measure it. - 5/16/11

    We had this with Easter dinner. A little dry and the recipe did not call for any salt and pepper, it needed some of both. - 4/24/11
