Ingredients



    * Onions, raw, 4 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Garlic, 3 cloves
    * Corn Starch, .125 cup
    * Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
    * Water, bottled, 2 serving
    * Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
    Salt and pepper to taste + sage or other spices

Directions

Sautee onions and garlic until bottom of pan goes brown.
Add water.
Bring to boil
Add starch
Cook until thick
Add any spices you want.
