    * Mangos, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * *Grapefruit, fresh, pink and red, California and Arizona, 2 fruit (3-3/4" dia) (remove)
    * Avocados, California (Haas), 2 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
    Cilantro - bunch

Directions

dice everything up and mix. Serve cold on fish, rise or anything.
