    salmon, canned (undrained)
    1 egg
    1 cup quaker oats
    old bay seasoning to taste
    onion power (can us fresh onion) to taste
    cheese (optional)

Directions

mix well
shape into patties
bake at 350 for 30 minutes
add cheese to top 5 minutes before done
