Introduction

instead of lemon juice try balsamic vinegar instead of lemon juice try balsamic vinegar

Ingredients

    1 can chickpeas, drained or 1 cup fresh soaked
    5 cloves raw garlic, peeled
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, more or less as desired
    1 tablespoon prepared tahini (ground sesame)
    bottled or purified water to thin the recipe to suit

Directions

mash garlic cloves in food processor or garlic press. Put all ingredients in food processor bowl with sharp steel blade and process until smooth adding water a little at a time and scraping the bowl occasionally until hummus is of a pastelike consistency or suitable to you.
Enjoy with soy crisps, pita bread, raw vegetables, or whatever you like !!

    Very Good
    Delicious recipe, but I used 3 cloves of garlic and 3 tbsp balsamic instead of the suggested amount to give it a stronger balsamic flavor. - 8/19/18
