Ingredients

    As a meal, the following is the nutritional information for 15 chips. Spread 1 serving scoops (approx. 15 chips) is 140 calories, 18 carbs, 7g of fat, 2g protein.
    (Captain Obvious says "Using Baked Tostitos Scoops will be lower.")
    Black Beans - 1 serving is 100 calories, 0.5g fat, 20g carbs, 7g protein.
    Kraft 2% Colby & Monterey Jack, 0.5 cup is 160 calories, 10g fat, 2g carbs, 14g protein.
    Avacado is 50 calories, 3g carbs, 5g fat, 1g protein.


Directions

Spread 1 serving (approx. 15 chips) of the Tostitos scoops out on microwave safe plate.
Spread black beans out evenly within each chip.
Spread cheese out evenly over nachos.
Sprinkle salsa lightly over nachos.
I use taco bell salsa (2 packets) or 2 teaspoons.
Microwave for 1-2 minutes (1 min. for 1 serving, 2 min. for more).
Use Avacado as dip or none at all :)
Makes for great snack for kids or for parties.
