Introduction

This makes a great sandwich for low calories & very low fat! You may add more or less of the mayo or relish depending on your taste but remember to consider the extra calories if you do. Ingredients

    1 can Kroger brand Premium Chicken Breast chunks, in water - drained
    2 tbsp. Kraft Fat Free Mayo
    2 tbsp. Sugar Free Sweet Relish - for the recipe, I used Kroger brand
    1 cup chopped apple
    .5 cup chopped grapes
    1 large Egg, boiled - No yolk
    3 Servings (6 slices)Kroger Lite White or Wheat bread

Directions

Boil egg however you like best. Allow to cool under cold water. Peel, chop - removing yolk.
In meduim bowl, add drained Chicken Breast, Mayo, Sweet Relish, Chopped Apple, Chopped Raisins. Mix well - season to taste with salt or pepper.
