Introduction

Ingredients

    6 oz. of boiled/broiled lobster meat-chopped
    1/2 Cup Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1/2 Cup Yellow Squash
    1/2 Cup Zucchini
    4 oz. Penne (or Rotini) --Used Barilla Plus for added protein and fiber!
    2 tbsp Parmesean Cheese
    Pam non fat cooking spray
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Boil Water for Pasta.

Sautee garlic, squash and zucchini with Pam in large non-stick saucepan.
Add alredo sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
And lobster meat and frozen peas.

Cook pasta until aldente and drain. Add to sauce mixture.
Toss to coat. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Top each portion with 1 tbsp of parmesean cheese.

Enjoy your easy,"fancy" meal!

    Alfredo sauce is so easy to make.....why buy, when people should be looking at saving. I hate when people are lazy!!! Overall, this is not a bad dish to make and does not take a lot of time. - 10/16/10
