Ingredients

6 Creamette Lasagna Noodles (cooked & drained)
1 tub Dean's Small Curd Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2 Egg Land's Best Extra Large Grade A Eggs
1 (12oz) pkg Meijer Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella (regular shredded)
1 jar Barilla Spicy Marinara
1/2 jar Barilla Roasted garlic Marinara
1.2lb Honeysuckle Gound White Turkey, browned
Directions
Mix marinara & browned ground turkey. In seperate bowl mix cottage cheese & egg.
Layer in a 9x13 pan as follows:
3 noodles to cover bottom
1/2 cottage cheese mixture
1/2 Package of Mozarella cheese
1/2 marinara/turkey sauce
3 more noodles
remaining cottage cheese mix
remaining Mozarella
remaining Marinara/Turkey sauce
You may top with Parmesan but those calories/nutritional info are not accounted for here.
Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until cheese bubbles along the sides of the pan.
Using a 9x13 pan you should be able to get 8 serving "squares"
