    2 tbsp canola oil
    sauce
1/3-1/2 cup of chick broth in the drippings
    1 tbsp flour

Cook on both sides for aprox. 3 minutes or until a nice browning occurs and the center is no longer pink. The meat should be moist and easy to cut. Plate 2 slices per person.
