Ingredients

    150g Quorn Chicken Style Pieces
    1 Cup bell peppers
    1tsp Cajun Spice Mix
    60g Weight Watchers Low Fat Creme Fresh 3%fat
    4 Wheat Flour Tortillas
    1 medium onion
    120g Red kidney beans

Directions

Dry fry onion and peppers and stir fry for a few minutes.

Add quorn and a little water to stop it sticking, stir for 5 minutes.

Add beans.

Add cajun spices. Fry for 3 minutes until beans are hot.

Serve in tortillas with creme fresh. YUM YUM..
