Ingredients

Top round stir fry beef, 12 ounces
Sesame oil, 1 tbsp
Hoisin sauce, 1/4 cup
1 cup sliced bell peppers (any kind)
Directions
Heat pan to high. Pour in oil and heat. Cook beef about 2 minutes, add vegetables and cook until your preferred consistency (I cook about 2 minutes). Pour over hoisin sauce, cook 30 seconds. Serve with rice or noodles.
