Ingredients

    2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup seedless grapes (I used red)
1 cup pineapple tidbits - drained
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    juice from 1/2 a lemon
    2 tbsp sugar

Directions

Add all ingredients except for sugar in a medium sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Cover and continue simmering on low for 10-15 minutes or until fruit is mashable. Mash fruit in the pan with a potato masher. Add sugar 1 tbsp at a time until desired sweetness is reached. Continue simmering uncovered for another 15-20 minutes or until fruit mixture is thick. Poor mixture into a blender or food processer and puree until smooth. Poor the purée onto prepared food dehydrator trays. Dehydrate overnight.

Makes 8 servings

Note: this can also be made in the oven if poured onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silcone baking mat. I have never done this, but I believe you put the oven at the lowest possible setting and keep an eye on it until it is dehydrated. The time will depend on how low the oven temperature is.
