    1 package oreos (I used double stuffed)
    Vanilla ice cream--1/2 gallon slightly softened
    3 cups Cool Whip Lite
    1 bottle caramel sauce (22 TBS)


Crush oreos. Place half of oreos on bottom of 9x13 pan. Top with softened vanilla ice cream. Then drizzle caramel sauce over ice cream. Top with remainder of Oreos and then the cool whip. Sprinkle top wit a bit more oreo crumbs or shaved chocolate. Can also be made with mint chocolate chip ice cream and mint oreos. 12-14 servings. Nutritional info is for 13 servings.
