Ingredients

* Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 inner leaf
* Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 leaf, large
* Spinach, fresh, 6 leaves
* Carrots, raw, 1 strip, large (3" long)
* Mushrooms, fresh, 12 slices
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
* *Bean sprouts, 25 sprouts
* Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long)
* Fresh Chives, 1 tsp chopped
* Cucumber (peeled), .A third of a medium cucumber
* Lemons, 1 fruit
* Limes, .Half fruit (2" dia)
* Minced Garlic, 1/4 tsp=1 clove
* Garlic Salt, 1/8 tsp
* Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
* Sage, ground, 1/16 tsp (half of 1/8th tsb)
* Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
* Oregano, ground, 1/16 tsp (half of 1/8th tsb)
* Lemon Pepper, 1/8 tsp
* Sharp Cheddar Cheese, -Finely shredded 1 Tbsp
Directions
The cheddar is optional - it does add calcium and protein though!
Slice/chop everything up the way you like salad. The reason my prep time is so long is because I tried to make it look pretty.
After putting the veggies together I added the minced garlic, seasonings, and then squeezed a lemon I sliced open, then squeezed half of a lime. After getting all the juice I could get out of them, I used a knife to scrape the rest of the insides of the fruit out onto the salad. I then added the cheese.
This is filling enough to be a whole meal, even though it has less than 200 calories!
Be warned - it does have a lot of Potassium and Sodium.
