    * Lemon Pepper, 1/8 tsp
    * Sharp Cheddar Cheese, -Finely shredded 1 Tbsp

Directions

The cheddar is optional - it does add calcium and protein though!

Slice/chop everything up the way you like salad. The reason my prep time is so long is because I tried to make it look pretty.

After putting the veggies together I added the minced garlic, seasonings, and then squeezed a lemon I sliced open, then squeezed half of a lime. After getting all the juice I could get out of them, I used a knife to scrape the rest of the insides of the fruit out onto the salad. I then added the cheese.

This is filling enough to be a whole meal, even though it has less than 200 calories!

Be warned - it does have a lot of Potassium and Sodium.
