Ingredients

    1 qt. chicken stock or low-sodium broth
    12 oz chicken breast, cooked and cubed
    2-3 carrots, chopped (2 C)
    2-3 stalks celery, chopped (2 C)
    1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

Cook chicken breast and cut into cubes.
Combine all ingredients, except macaroni, in large saucepan. Simmer until vegetables are tender, 20-30 minutes. Add macaroni, cook until macaroni is tender, appx. 10 minutes.
