    Very Good
    Very good recipe! I followed the Eating Well version by adding sour cream (more calories), but used the Lundberg rice blend as you suggested (cooked it 1st). I also added fresh thyme and tarragon. My husband loved it! I'll definitely make this again whenever I have leftover roast chicken or turkey. - 10/28/10
