Introduction

I use this in place of cream soup in any recipe. Lower in sodium. Easy to make. You could add chucks of chicken and serve over biscuits for a simple supper. Ingredients

    2 cups Milk (nutrition info is based on Whole Milk)
    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 cup flour
    2 Chicken Boullion cubes

Directions

1. Melt butter is small sauce pan
2. Add flour and mix to make paste
3. Add milk and boullion cubes
4. Cook over low heat until mixture thickens
