Introduction

A creamy smooth spread that can be altered by adding a few herbs or spices to suit your taste. Macadamias are so expensive, we subbed some spin blanched peanuts to thicken without the cost - experiment with various nuts to taste and consistency. Ingredients

    Macadamia Nuts, .5 cup, whole or halves (remove)
    *Peanuts w/o skin, blanched, unsalted, .1 TBSP
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Onion powder, 1/8 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1/8 tsp
    Hot Water, tap, .25 cup
    Salt to taste or Pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until the consistency of creme cheese. Add other ingredients as desired - i.e. more salt, garlic, basil, italian seasonings etc.
- Makes approximately 8 TBSP total
