I'm always in a hurry in the morning and I avoid a lot of common food allergens. I needed a breakfast I could take on the road that would give me plenty of energy for the day. Ingredients

1/2c Banana slices - fresh or frozen
1/2c Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
1/2c Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder, unflavored
Water and/or ice to preference
Directions
Put it all in a blender and let it rip. Add water to lighten up the texture, ice to thicken it or make it a chilly treat in the summer.
You can substitute mixed berries or raspberries, but that can create a seed problem.
