Introduction

I'm always in a hurry in the morning and I avoid a lot of common food allergens. I needed a breakfast I could take on the road that would give me plenty of energy for the day. This berry shake is my favorite breakfast. I'm always in a hurry in the morning and I avoid a lot of common food allergens. Ingredients

1/2c Banana slices - fresh or frozen
    1/2c Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    1/2c Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder, unflavored
    Water and/or ice to preference

Directions

Put it all in a blender and let it rip. Add water to lighten up the texture, ice to thicken it or make it a chilly treat in the summer.

You can substitute mixed berries or raspberries, but that can create a seed problem.
