Introduction

Tastes great w/o the all the fat and calories! Tastes great w/o the all the fat and calories!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    -About 3/4 of a quart of 1% milk
    -3/4 C. of sugar
    -3.5 Tsp of vanilla extract
    -1/2 a Tsp of ground cinnamon
    -About 4 Cups of Crushed ice

Directions

First, put the sugar, ice (uncrushed originally), and milk all in a blender or smoothie maker.

Then, after using the crush feature for about 30 seconds, or until ice is semi-crushed, put in the cinnamon, and vanilla.

Last, continue to crush the ice until it is fully crushed.

Should make about 3 small servings

    Instead of all that sugar I will use 3 packets of Splenda and add apple pie spice instead. Good Idea. - 9/7/10

    Too much sugar for wanting to loose weight for me I try to avoid sugar where I can I would use splenda or something else.. - 3/21/12
