Too much sugar for wanting to loose weight for me I try to avoid sugar where I can I would use splenda or something else..
Instead of all that sugar I will use 3 packets of Splenda and add apple pie spice instead. Good Idea.
i dont understand ??? i thought sugar was bad and not to use it but you say to use 3/4 of a cup of sugar???? for one shake??
Tastes great!!! but it's a lot of sugar. My family thought it was outstanding!!!
