Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Nice combination of flavours. I used it as a marinade and barbecued the chicken. I like that this is a thinner sauce, since it adds flavour without adding a lot of calories.
for the ones who said the sauce was runny try adding in a tsp or a little more of corn strach when you mix it up. It will thicken as it cooks and no calories added.
The nutrition breakdown claims this has 0 grams of sugar but the recipe has 2 Tbls brown sugar in it???
Sound good think I'll use splenda brown sugar.
I liked it and DH loved it! He especially loved the calorie aspect of the meal! I keep telling him to write chef Megan a thank you note.
I would replace the sugar with splenda and try this.
Looks very similar to a favorite I stopped using because chicken did not have skin removed and the sauce had ketchup. Calorie count definitely better!
it sounds good.I used to do: brown sugar and ketsup, it's the homemade barbecue sauce i figured out, maybe I saw it in a book or not.
traditional southern bbq is with apple cider vinegar, no worcestershire sauce , and coke. it's a bit better not as vinegary and a little less sodium.
i THINK THIS WILL BE GOOD AND i PLAN ON TRYING IT TONIGHT BUT FIRST i WILL NEED TO RECALCULATE THE NUTRITIONAL INFO. THE SODIUM IS DEFINATELY OFF BECAUSE WORSHESHIRE SAAUCE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THESE CALCULATIONS.
sorry about the caps, didn't see they were on till I typed to much. LOL
