Ingredients

    2 - 5 0z. cans chicken
    2 - stalks celery, chopped
    1 - cup drained pineapple chunks
    1 - med. apple, diced
    1/2 - cup walnuts, chopped
    2 tsp. - toasted sesamed seeds
    4 - tblsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 - tsp. curry

Directions

Combine mayonnaise and curry; set aside. Combine remainder of ingredients; mix well then add the mayonnaise mixture. Chill at least 1 hour or overnight. Serve on a bed of lettuce.

    Tastes great! Great combination of flavors without being weird...I added some balsamic vinegar because I just read that it is really good for you. - 6/18/07
