    Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long))
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (
    *Green chilly / Mirchi, 10 gram(s) (
    *asafoetida (hing), 0.25 tsp

Directions

Grate Carrots.Make a tadka of oil,hing, chillies and black mustard.Add it to the carrots .Add salt per taste.
Can use red chillies instead of green.
