Ingredients

    1pkg. (1.3 lbs.) Butterball 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey Breast
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 medium green bell pepper, seeded & chopped
    1 can (14.5 oz.) Huntís diced tomatoes in juice
    1 cans (15.5 oz. each) Great Northern or Cannelini beans, drained
    2 cans (11.5oz. each) V-8 cocktail vegetable juice
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin, optional
    1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

Spray large saucepan or Dutch oven with Pam cooking spray. Add
turkey, onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring to break up turkey,
until turkey is no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Add remaining ingredients
and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered 15 minutes. Makes eight 1
1/4 cup servings.
