Introduction

Easy tacos all in one pan. Great for summer doesn't heat up kitchen! Easy tacos all in one pan. Great for summer doesn't heat up kitchen!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    4 cups water
    1 packet taco seasoning mix
    4 cups instant rice
    1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    sour cream light (optional)
    1/2 pound chopped tomatoes
    onions (optional)

Directions

Brown ground beef in a large skillet and drain. Add water and taco seasoning and bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Sprinkle cheese on top of rice, cover pan, and simmer on low for five minutes, until rice has absorbed water. Top with sour cream, tomatoes and onions. Servings 4 to6
