Number of Servings: 1


    1/4 C sliced zucchini
    1/4 C sliced yellow/summer squash
    1 sliced tomato
    1/2 Tbsp chopped onion
    1 Tbsp parmasean cheese
    1/2 Tsp garlic & herb seasoning
    1 Tbsp water


In microwave safe dish, mix zucchini, squash, tomato and chopped onion. Sprinkle cheese and seasoning over top. Microwave for 5 minutes. Cool before serving.

Serves 1

Double ingredients for 2 servings.
