    8 mushrooms
    add...
    garlic, cinnamon, 4 birdseye chillies and ginger
    then..
    broccoli, carrot (cut with peeler)
    Add...
    Veg stock 1 pint at first
    5 mins later add...
    noodles


Directions

Fry in sunflower oil...

5 mins later add...
noodles
Boil for 5 mins or until noodles and broccoli are done.
Watch the noodles don't take all the water, add water when needed.
