Ingredients

    1 block organic tofu, extra firm - pressed and sliced in 8
    1/2 Tbsp lite soy sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    2 tsp light agave nectar
    Juice of 1 lime
    Zest of 1 lime
    1/2 tsp Sriracha
    3/4 tsp Kosher salt
    1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
    1 Tbsp chopped basil
    1 clove elephant garlic, grated
    1 1/2 Tbsp ginger, grated
    2 tsp Splenda + more to taste, if needed

Directions

1 - Combine all ingredients except for tofu in a bowl and whisk together well.

2 - Add tofu and ensure that each slice is adequately coated in the marinade.

3 - Marinade for 30 minutes up to 12 hours.

4 - Grill and serve.
