    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx 12 oz total)
    1 package Birds Eye broccoli/cauliflower blend
    1/4 c fat free sour cream
    2 tbsp reduced fat mayo
    1/2 c 1% milk
    1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
    4 cups cooked spaghetti
    salt, pepper, garlic, & Italian seasonings to taste


Cut chicken into approx 1" cubes and cook in skillet with non-stick cooking spray and add seasonings. When chicken is almost done, add frozen veggies and place lid on pan. Boil noodles in separate pan according to package directions, drain. In small bowl, mix sour cream, mayo, milk, and parmesan. Add to chicken/veggie mixture and let simmer until pasta is done. Mix together. Makes 4 servings.
