    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/2 t. ground ginger
    6 chicken thighs

Place all ingredients in crock pot
Cook 4-6 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.

    This was sooooo great!! The whole family LOVED it!! It is definitely going into our regular dinner line up!! I had one small change. I didn't have quite a 1/2 cup of soy sauce (used low sodium soy) so I finished the 1/2 cup off with hoisin sauce. Yummy doesn't even begin to describe this!! - 10/10/10

    I followed the recipe exactly and we enjoyed every bite. The flavored broth was delicious over the rice. We are even looking forward to eating the leftovers tonight. This recipe is a "keeper." - 10/23/13
