Introduction

Ingredients

    1/3 c. silken soft tofu
    1/4 c. miso
    1/4 c. rice vinegar
    2 T. lime juice
    2 T. water
    2 T. low-sodium soy sauce
    2 T. peanut butter
    2 T. pickled ginger
    1 T. honey
    1 1/2 t. mustard powder
    1 1/2 t. minced garlic
    1/2 t. chili flakes
    2 T. minced scallions, white and green parts
    2 T. chopped cilantro

Directions

Combine all but last two ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Stir in scallions and cilantro.

Makes 24 1-tablespoon servings.
