Baked Lemon Chicken with Garlic Rice
This is an easy, delicious dish. The chicken and rice compliment each other very well. Use well trimmed chicken thighs for the best flavour, but substitute chicken breasts if you wish. Serve with a Garden Salad (see recipe).
