Ingredients

    1 8 oz. fillet mahi mahi
    .25 cup lemon juice
    .25 tsp crushed garlic
    .166 tsp black pepper
    .5 T butter
    1 cup wild rice

Directions

Makes 1 serving

cook wild rice separately
place fillet on aluminum foil
brush with butter, garlic and pepper
pour lemon juice over
wrap closed
bake in oven @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes
save juice and pour over 1 cup of wild rice
