This recipe is so simple and delicious, just change the spices to give it an Indian or Greek influence! *You can also substitute the Garam Masala for Greek spices, this will make a "Gyro" style chicken (or use lamb if you like)! Yummy!!
Super easy to make & easy on the calories. Savoury dish that can be baked or pan fried. Sometimes I slice the breasts into bite-sized pieces when I pan fry and serve on a bed of rice or another way.
